As the heart of Autumn sets in, I’m writing today from the quietude of my home.

This past weekend I spent my time being fully immersed in a conference called The Success 3.0 Summit here in Boulder. In this non-stop, action-packed weekend of learning, I connected with many of the greatest thinkers, artists, humanitarian activists, spiritual leaders and business people of our time. We were all coming together for one common vision: To create a new paradigm of success that includes, honors and sustains the human and planetary community.

The opportunity to be surrounded by so many people who are making great waves on this planet was inspiring and up-lifting. I glean tremendous value from gathering with other like-minded souls, people across all sectors of life, to convene and exchange wisdom so that everyone leaves with a deeper sense of purpose, possibility and passion.

In the midst of a very full and busy work week, I have made every effort to rest, integrate and reflect upon all of the people I connected with and all of the new ideas, concepts and visions I was exposed to.

One of the most impactful pieces that is emerging for me, is the inspiration to consistently examine my own life and be honest with myself about WHOSE DREAM AM I LIVING?

With the pace of life these days, all of us bombarded with at least 10 times the amount of information our bodies and minds can actually take in, our minutes, days and years can easily overflow with activities, relationships, jobs and habits that are not actually fulfilling.

The strong momentum of life carries each one of us on a unique journey and yet all too often, we are taking actions and pursuing goals that are not TRULY in the direction of our soul’s deeper longing.

So as we head into the weekend, I am taking stock, keenly observing the moments of my day, getting real with myself about how I spend my time, and if these choices HONESTLY support the larger dream I have for myself and for the world.

If it feels appealing, I invite you to do the same. Carve out a little chunk of time for yourself this weekend and connect with that deeper part of yourself.

  • What are your dreams?
  • How are you living that dream as we speak?
  • Are you living someone or something else’s dream? If so, what is one thing you can do today, to reclaim the power of your own life force and place it in the TRUE direction of your dreams?

I am delighted to be in this conversation and exploration with you and am sending tremendous support and encouragement towards you and the fulfillment of your dreams.

Wishing you and your loved ones a beautiful weekend.

Emma
